All products are screened for defects prior to shipping.Though human errors are inevitable if any damages, customers are requested to immediately report the damage within 24 hrs through email or specified contact number with proper identification of material and customer name. Any claims made after the specified time will not be entertained.
Delivery time may be notified at the time of order, we try our best to deliver asap.
Courier slip is assured to be provided to customers after dispatch with in 2 days.
If you found any damage or defect you have to fill Warranty Claim also attach HIGH LIGHTS DAMAGE AREA screen or snap shot images within 24 hours of delivery.
Please note when you request for return or exchange you have a specific reason to do. If customer said that does not like this product, product is not good or I don’t want, in that’s case we check the details as describe we will raise the case either not.

If customer received damage, wrong & incomplete product then he/her can replace or get refund full amount of order.
At any point of time, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.

We work honestly and keep this expectation from our customer. The customer can also choose cash on delivery when shopping on the mall. But if the customer will misinterpret the delivery address and refuse to take the product on time, then we will end the cash on delivery for such customer in future.
